If you are a Compass NZ applicant or tenant and are unhappy about a decision - you can appeal it by going through our internal complaints and appeals process.

Compass NZ has a suite of policies and procedures to best inform tenants and applicants their rights and responsibilities as well of our obligations as a Community Housing Provider.
We hope that most complaints can be resolved by discussing it with the staff member. However, sometimes this may not be successful or you may not consider it appropriate to do so.
